Hilton’s DIVYS Marks 10 Years of Excellence

Hilton’s DIVYS Marks 10 Years of Excellence

This month, we’re celebrating the 10th anniversary of our Dividend & Yield strategy (DIVYS), a distinctive, large-cap dividend approach helmed by esteemed Portfolio Manager and Co-Chief Investment Officer Alex Oxenham.

A 26–year investment veteran, Oxenham joined Hilton in 2011 to formalize our investment process and support growth in our flagship Tactical Income strategy. In 2014, he developed DIVYS from a strategy he co-founded at a previous firm.

"We’re thrilled to celebrate this significant milestone for DIVYS," said Hilton CEO Craig O’Neill. "Alex's expertise and the strategy's consistent performance underscore our commitment to providing high-quality investment solutions that align with our clients' financial goals."

A cornerstone of the DIVYS strategy is its focus on identifying well-managed, high-quality companies that consistently return quarterly income to shareholders. This approach has enabled us to navigate market fluctuations and seize opportunities that help enhance portfolio performance. Over DIVYS’ 10-year history, Oxenham has focused on delivering above-average income alongside capital growth.

To further boost the firm’s capabilities, Mike O’Brien, CFA has recently joined the team as an investment analyst. O'Brien’s deep expertise will greatly contribute to the research and analysis for the DIVYS portfolio and beyond.

“With the full support of the Hilton organization, I look forward to providing opportunities for continued strong performance and many more years of serving our clients and helping advance their financial objectives,” said Oxenham.

As we mark this significant anniversary, we remain dedicated to driving excellence and providing opportunities for client financial success through the continued growth and innovation of DIVYS and all of our investment strategies.
